# 45 Lovie dovey breakfast

Little darling is going for a movie today with her school mates and she's very excited about it.  The movie is 'How to train your dragon 2'.   Breakfast is a must and so this lovie dovey home made burger is for her.  It's fried egg, cheese, cucumber with home made pork burger.  I've added spring onions, parsley, garlic salt, sesame oil, corn starch, pepper, cajun powder in the minced pork.   She always love to eat this home made burger and finished them all.  

I ride her to school in my two and a half years old pinky bicycle.  It's a drizzling day and we both put on our little rain coat.  Darling is a caring and observant girl.  When she saw my rain coat fell off from my head, she will help me to put it on.. when she saw my clothes were a bit exposed, she will help me to adjust it to make sure that I'm not too sexy :)  She kissed me good bye and happily said "I love you mummy" .. so sweeeeeet!

Last week was a hectic week, especially when I found that little darling have lice.  Doctor prescribed this 'Delice' herbal hair wash to get rid of lice and control nits infestation.  I spent my Thursday to help her to wash her hair and remove the eggs/nits with the fine toothed metal comb and also using my hands to remove them one by one.   After that is done, her hair needs to be washed with water added with vinegar.  I really hope this will not recur .... I really feel headache bout this kind of thing.  Yes, it does infect me toooooooo!  :(    No wonder I was having itchy scalp last week and I wonder why? Goshh.. headache isn't it? Especially I have such long hair.

# 43 Papercutting .. not on paper but seaweed

That day's breakfast was just egg mayo.  I'm trying to experiment with seaweed ala paper cutting! Doesn't look too good huh? and a sweet heart in the middle for my darling.  Seaweed is darling's favourite snack!  Hmm but this isn't interesting enough :(

# 42 Yummy burger

Back from holiday one after another, am sure you know how I feel?   yeah, please wake me up! LOL

  

Okay okay, am getting back slowly to cooking yummy breakfast already! I just posted in my other blog ( http://www.healthyfood4friends.blogspot.sg/ ) on what I cooked yesterday.  On top of cooking home made chicken nuggets, I also cooked porridge for little boy.  2 different breakfast for 2 little angels!  I didn't manage to take a photo of the porridge.. it's anchovies, dried scallops, dried oyster, minced pork and salty egg porridge.  Quite a lot of stuff right? :D  Trust me, it's super yummy this porridge! The funniest thing is .. the daddy put in the full cooked salty egg when I only use half a cup of rice for this porridge.  LOL !! It's superrrrrrrr salty. I've already cooked the salty egg and cut it into half so that he can scoop some to add in, but instead he scoop everything into the porridge! :P   He thinks this is egg and not salty egg? 

So today's breakfast ... taaaaaaaa daaaaaaaaaaaa...

It's fried egg, fried marinated pork (garlic salt, cajun powder, flour, pepper, soya sauce, sesame oil), cheese + cucumber.

Heyy.. little gal said yummilicious!  She hope I can cook this everyday!  Seems her sentence never changed when she likes her breakfast.  Well, I do feel happy....and kind of self satisfaction when she said it.. so I don't mind to hear that over and over again :)  Happiest mom ever!

# 40 Will you get bored with this daily?

During the weekends, a lot of unforeseen things happened. I took the wrong house key and also the car broke down half way.  I was totally feeling and asking 'why?' everything seems not smooth as planned.  Aren't this miserable?  Well, how bumpy my day was, it was still a very good day for me. I was able to meet my best friend and spend some time to chat. 

So here's my happy moment with my little darling early in the morning. She asked me to make this egg mayo ala sushi for her everyday! I said with a smile 'you'll be bored if this is your daily breakfast!'

These are the breakfast done at home when I have the 'feeling' to do something cute and happy.... recently am not..... been quite emo after knowing someone.  Someone that affected my mood a lot.

#27 For my Kwai G

These are done some time ago. I still remember I woke up a bit early to do this for my Kwai G (my naughty pig in cantonese.. that is my husband LOL). Once a while its fun and fulfilling to do this creativity works on your food.  Especially for your love ones.  I just wanted to surprise him then.

Okay this is not a bento, but it's decorated very nicely! Isn't it?

# 26 Long long time ago

I'm truly sincerely sorry for such a long hiatus.  Life has been very busy without parents and siblings in this new country.  I'm still trying to cope with managing my two lil'angels. However,  recently I just got a helper.  I hope with this, it helps to offload my workload a bit and I can then do some of the things I like to do.

I did this quite some time ago.. but it is just so nice to think about what I managed to do then.  I'm not sure if I have such motivation to do that now since I have to prioritize more on my health instead.

# 24 Omelette

Breakfast for my lil' sister when she's here for holiday.. Black pepper ham, Japanese omelette, bruschetta with garlic butter and cheese, sausage and black olive.  Fruits are strawberries, raspberries, plum.. but the raspberries taste like medicine!

# 21 Cheesy mashed eggs with strawberries

Monday is always a rush day and so mashed eggs is the easiest and fastest breakfast you can do.  Just using the bear and penguin cutter and some small round cutters here you can have your cheese being cut nicely into cute bear and penguin.  I put a slice of seaweed just right below the cheese to contrast the color.  Some strawberries with lovely cats and dogs pick.  Lil' girl is going to have school holiday on May 17 and after that will be exam week.  Hope she do well in her exam.

My allergy on the right leg, ankle area which causes my leg to swell like a pig's leg has now subsided and no more itchy.  It was a tough time not to scratch it when it's sooooo itchy, you know? LOL  Well, I'm glad that God has arranged my trip to Singapore being postponed, else it'll be really bad for my leg then... as I'll need to walk a lot :)

# 20 Lovey cheese on mashed eggs

Today bento is just lovey cheese on top of mashed eggs with soya sauce.  The blue packet is Hello Panda biscuits bought from Shojikiya and fruits are just strawberries.  As you can see here my lil' girl looks so excited, cos the Hello Panda is her favourite!!  

She's currently having cough and last few days, she lost her voice.  Hopefully she'll recover soon. Hope my allergic leg will recover soon too :)  Pray that all are healthy and happy :)  That's da most important thing in life!

# 19 Bearry cheese biscuits and crabby orange

This bento was done some time ago and just didn't manage to post it since I was quite busy. So this bento consists of Bear Bear cheese on biscuits where the eyes and nose are made of raisins and mouth is just from the cucumber :)  Fruits for today is Crabby Orange and some strawberries.  Salad is mine, where the orange is decorated like a mickey mouse and little egg mouse with lettuce, cucumbers and strawberries.

My sprained right ankle was wrapped for a week and now I'm having allergy.. so no mood to make such lovely bento for a while :(    It's sooooooooo so itchyy!!   yet having medication makes me having gastric pain ..oh what a month

# 17 Good Friday & Easter day!

Good Friday & Easter Day were not a holiday here but of course it is still celebrated :)  Last Friday, I did this cheese bunny on seaweed and mashed eggs. The rest are apples and strawberries.  Am happy that my lil' girl finished her portion :D

It's been a busy week and so am only able to post this tonight.  Hope everyone enjoy their Good Friday & Easter holiday!  I need to sleep now ..zzZZzzzZZZzzz

# 16 Mashed egg with cucumber sushi bread

Mashed egg with cucumber sushi bread is my lil' girl's favourite or I should say anything with egg, she'll just love them.  Fruits are strawberries and dragonballs ..I mean dragonfruits but she doesn't like the taste of dragon fruits.

She has a bit of cough and also sound having flu.  So I was giving her pure cod liver oil - Seven Seas and honey. Hopefully it works well.  Now watching TLC while updating this.. :)  Seldom have such privilege to watch the channel I want.  Since everybody is out, except me and my kids, so this is the chance!!!

# 10 Lovey dovey eggs and apples

I was away for 3 days in Singapore and came back with a blank mind.  However I remember another bento lover advised me how to make this apple with the love shape.  Instead of cutting out the love shape, I punch in with the love cutter and peel the rest of the skin ^v^ The egg omelette are cut into love shape too and so that's why we have this lovey dovey name.

Well, we are all very blessed. I always feel that I'm always lucky. No matter what happen, there's always a reason for things to happen.  Something happened for a better tomorrow maybe.
